Theza z1 charges to only 96%

I have had a Theta z1 for a few days. I find that I can charge the battery to only 96%. Do more users have this problem?
I am using the same cable that came with my THETA.
I am using a 2 amp wall charger

I hope someone will answer me

my Z1 shows 100% charge when I fully charge it.

I would guess that it is some type of calibration issue. The charge may actually be at 100% but the camera software interprets that same info as 96%. I would try doing a hard reset. Next, let the battery run all the way down before recharging.
