ERROR Ricoh Theta software freezing up + not converting

Hi, I have Ricoh Theta 3.9.1 software and am using a MacBook Pro with OS 10.12.6. I am converting mp4 files from a Ricoh Theta V camera and the software freezes up and does not convert some of the clips. The clips are all around 200 MB in size. Any suggestions what to do?

@pdonah1 I have a similar setup, using RICOH THETA Mac desktop app 3.9.1 and running MacOS 10.14.4 on a laptop and 10.13.6 on an iMac.

– Have you tried shorter videos? I wonder if the size is causing problems. It shouldn’t, but that’s one guess.
– Probably not a great option, but if you want to send me a video that you can’t convert, I’m willing to try.

Hi, The videos are all pretty small, around 215 MB in size and 25 seconds long. Could you send me your email address so that I can send you a video?
