Install plugin via mobile third-party applications

Hi,

I’m main developper on a iOS app where the Ricoh Theta is central, controlled with the WiFi Api.
We are very interested by all theses plugins, but we cannot ask our clients to install a plugin using their computer and usb cable. Is there any way to install a plugin using our mobile third-party applications?
