No response to RICOH Plugin Partner Program Registration

I am trying to enter Developer mode for my Theta V 360 camera. This requires a registration with the RICOH THETA Plug-in Partner Program that I completed more than one month ago, but I have received no response, other than that they will approve my request within 5 days. I have tried to contact support by emailing both register@plugin.theta360.com and support@theta-plugin.zendesk.com, as well as via an online form (https://support.ricohtheta.eu/hc/en-gb/requests/new), but I have received no reply so far. If anyone here can offer any suggestions on how to overcome this problem, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
