Ricoh Tetha SC won't boot, two red blink then shutdown

I’ve a problem with my SC.
when I switch on, i makes a beep, two red light and it shut down again.
Since the camera was healty, so no hurts or battery problem, can anyone can help me to solve this problem?
Can anyone help me to recover the pictures from the inside? I read that exist a Mass Storage procedure attaching to a PC pressint both shutter and wifi button at the same time.
When I apply this procedure, all the three light (wifi, video and camera) start blinking but the PC won’t recognize it.

Any help?

Press and hold the power button for 8 seconds or longer to reset the camera, then press the power button again.

With the camera fully charged, open the desktop app, and plug the camera in to see if firmware can be updated.
