I trying to work with the theta internal compass direction witch can be found in the meta data (PoseHeadingDegrees or GPSImgDirection)
i made a few test, and it appears this data is very average, even on the latest Theta Z1
for example, if you setup theta on tripod, and take a set of pictures while turning the theta several time on its axis, and compare the north value, it can vary up to 25% !! and i even got very wrong data sometime
did someone noticed this? found an alternative?
