OBS can save to disk. See the article below.
Cautions:
You may need to edit the footage with Premiere Pro or equivalent to put the metadata back in. Please see article above (note the article may have old info, so please test on a shorter clip first)
Audio is single channel only, not spatial audio. Please test with a short clip prior to your 90 minute event

The plug-in is a proof-of-concept and I keep hoping someone will improve it and add additional features.
