I am looking for a battery charger that can be attached to my Z1 on the tripod. Any ideas?

You will need to use a tripod extension with the Z1 to fit the USB cable.
There are many batteries like this.
Use a device like shown below to make the USB cable accessible.

Based on his post, the battery corresponds to the one he listed in his unofficial community test.
i use this anker power delivery power bank w theta X and theta Z1, works great, “power delivery” feature will power theta X w no internal battery in camera
