I have a theta z1. These days I tested and it happens that I charge to 100%, but after 3 days when I turned it on again it shows that the battery is 30% and the device was not turned on at all. What is the problem and how can it be solved?
Is the camera off or in sleep mode?
If you long press the camera power button, the camera should turn off. If you short press the camera power button, it will sleep.
