Can't start Ricoh Theta V, red light

I have installed Wireless Live Streaming plugin. I tried to stream Live video on Facebook without USB, only by wifi.
After 3min camera switched off it self.
Now I can’t switch it on, it’s restarting with red light indicator.

I stay in Dubai, here is no service which can help me, even official Ricoh office.
Have no idea what to do.
The question is, can I do hard factory reset in current condition ?

Do you have a Windows or Mac computer? On Windows, you can right-click on the camera icon and see the charge of the camera.

Can the desktop app detect the camera and verify that the firmware is up to date?

I had the same problem…at the end, it was all down to wrong USB cable. Use the original one only.
