I am a new user of a theta z1. My theta has connected before wiresly and now it wont. I keep typing in the password and it says its incorrect. I have typed multiple ways of the sn to no avail. I am ready to throw this thing up against the wall. Why will it not let me connect all of a sudden?

press and hold the wifi button down for more than 8 seconds to reset both the password and the Wi-Fi frequency.
Use the official desktop application to upgrade your firmware.

The numerical digits of your serial number for the camera. It should be on small sticker on the bottom of the camera. No letters in the password. Just numbers
on the Z1, you need to press and hold the mode and wifi buttons
