M15 WiFi password incorrect

Just purchased a used Theta M15, I can’t get WiFi to connect. In using the 8 digits on the bottom, I tried the reset button on the bottom, and I tried different phones. WiFi light is on and solid red.

Make sure your mobile phone is using 2.4GHz for the connection. Power cycle your camera by pressing and holding the power button. Put your mobile phone right next to the THETA. Verify the camera is not connected to a different mobile phone. See other ideas for troubleshooting below.

I suspect this camera was a special event or use camera that has a different wifi password. The camera says NBCUniversal on it

I have the same problem and the link you send didn’t helped followed everything I even turned off my home internet and guess what didn’t work the light is still red

try to press and hold the wifi button for 7 seconds or longer. This is what the FAQ says for the S/SC. It may be the same for the m15.
