Creating a Nadir Patch

I’m attempting to take a round (circle) logo and turn it into a nadir patch for use in 360 tours. I’ve attempted to use both .jpg and .png. In each case, it will start to upload and then close with an “Error Uploading File” message.

  1. Is there an issue with nadirpatch.com that I can resolve?
  2. Are there other tools that will create the nadir patch image?
