Virtually Staged Ricoh Tours Issue

Can anyone help me upload the following panos into Ricoh Tours properly?

I’m not sure if the files need to be fixed, but after they were virtually staged,. I understand the metadata may have been stripped and so I used exif fixer, but haven’t been able to resolve the issue. Any tips of tricks will be much appreciated.

Strangely everything works fine on Facebook and other virtual tour platforms…

@RicohTours, do you have an example of photos that have been uploaded and what the problem was? Do you have any screenshots?
