Same problem for me : IPHONE 11 PRO with IOS 13.4.1 Theta App doesn´t work.

Same here, app didn’t work, updated 13.4.1 iOS on an Iphone 8. Splash screen for 10 seconds, then the app crashes.
Works on iPad Pro 2018 for moment.

Version 2.12.1 just released!!! Just updated the FIX for the Theta app and it seems to be working!!! YIPPEE!!!

Hi Craig…I’m just happy it is working. I just bought my camera and was disappointed that I couldn’t get it setup to use it right away. Not I need to figure out how to use it for the next few days. Fun, Fun.

When you say turn GPS on (step 2), what do you mean exactly? Do some Theta cameras have GPS?

I have a Z1.

They just updated the Theta app - just update it and it should be all fixed! Yay!

@Brian_Redmond, as @Janie_Haas indicated, you likely do not need that fix anymore. RICOH just updated the mobile app. Make sure you’re using mobile app 2.12.1 (note the 1 at the end). It was just updated a few days ago.
