You’ve developed an app that can change the settings of the camera. Maybe for used car sales or construction. Staff or employees are using your app, congratulations! But probably they are busy, maybe they forget the settings. Or the camera gets passed to another user. How can end users tell a THETA is set to HDR?
There is a difference in sound when the shutter is triggered.
When Option Setting is set to OFF, the THETA will take a single shot picture.
When the shutter is pressed, there is a single audible shutter sound. Here is a short video recording the shutter sound:
When Option Setting is set to HDR Rendering, the THETA will take an HDR picture.
When the shutter is pressed, there are two separate sounds, one falling, one rising. Here is a short video recording the shutter sound:
Note: If you can not hear any shutter sounds at all, please check your camera settings. Camera shutter volume, under Camera Settings, can be set to High, Medium, Low, and OFF.
