Hello guys
I got a Ricoh Theta X. so Actually I want to make my App or PlugIn for my two Ricoh Theta X Camera.
How can i do that?
I want to know if there is an IDE. and How can i start.
Help me!

choice 2.2 use webAPI from inside of plug-in with internal local http server
