Laszlo, I checked with some people I know at RICOH. It does not seem like the current firmware of the Z1 can support bluetooth microphone from the plug-in. I have not heard of any plans to add bluetooth microphone support to the Z1.
If other developers have the same request for the Z1, I can pass on the request.
Bluetooth microphone from the plug-in does work with the X.
