The Theta Stitcher is showing lots of noise and then returning noisy images

I have been through all the videos I can and believe I following the correct steps but my images are coming back with lots of noise some much worse than others.
The first time I see this is when I run it through the stitcher. As attached, I have asked in some groups an no one else gets this issue.

Any help, please?
