THETA X battery drain still image test
Use Case Simulation
Real estate workflow consisting of 10-50 pictures for a single site for property condition analysis, not for artistic promotion. Assumes that a property inspector can average 1 picture every 90 seconds and leaves the camera on for the entire shoot.
Result Summary
A single battery took 48 shots with this use case simulation. After 48 shots, the camera shutdown due to lack of battery charge.
Opinion
If the inspector is taking more than 30 shots, it is safer to bring an extra battery to the site just in case the initial battery is not fully charged when the shoot starts.
