- Z1 with firmware 1.60.1
- UVC4K for Windows
- OBS
- laptop is plugged into a wall outlet
- Streaming at 4K
Results
- camera battery loses charge at a rate of 4% an hour
At the current time, I am only able to stream through the USB cable at 2K indefinitely.
UPDATE: 4K Success with Non-Stop Continuous Streaming
Feb 17, 2021
After 3 hrs, the Z1 charge increased from 80% to 88%.
Using 4K
Electrical Current - 0.65 to 0.88 A while streaming
Using Acer Predator 300 G3-571 with USB 3.1 Gen 1 Port
Unclear why the Z1 was drawing only 0.44 A from the USB 3.1 and 3.2 ports on my other computers.
After 3 hours, camera used 2143 mAh or .7 Ah.
Update for NVIDIA Jetson
Now using powered USB Hub with smart charging port. Test started at 1:45pm. After 30 minutes, charge increased from 88% to 93%. After several hours, charge stabilized at 95%.

Fast charging
7th-port dual functionality enables fast charges of up to 1.5 amps with BC 1.2 charging-compliant devices, while simultaneously transferring data. Charge via a power adapter for higher 2 amp speeds with all USB-enabled devices when hub is disconnected from an active USB port, or your computer is off or in sleep mode.
