Hi Guys,
We have 2 theta z1 since about 2020. No problems at all until now. One of the Z1’s is now producing a top to bottom blur on the right side. We use our Z1’s with matterport so most of our experience is uploading to matterport and letting it do any processing.
I know the issue is not with matterport as we have the other Z1 which is working fine with matterport.
Is there any recalculation I can run to try and fix please? I have already upgraded both units firmware in the last couple of weeks.
Really don’t want to replace as soooo expensive.
