Hello,
I just wanted to install the latest version of the desktop software.
Unfortunately it hangs and doesn’t continue installation:
tried multiple times (with/without administration privileges/reboots)
I also had the software installed previously and it still shows up in installed software (but can’t uninstall it, at the uninstaller isn’t found)
Any help appreciated.

I used CCleaner to remove the faulty installation information and clean the registry.
After that I was able to reinstall the software.

I have had this problem for a long time now. I tried CCleaner free version but still did not work for me. I wish Ricoh would help resolve this issue, it is kind of a big deal
