Difference between Continuous Shooting and Interval Shooting

Just adding this information here because I was unclear of the difference between the two shooting methods Continuous Shooting and Interval Shooting. This is what I understand:

From RICOH documentation:

Continuous Shooting - Continuous shooting is only available on X. When the image resolution is set to 11K, 8 images are shot right in a row, and when it is set to 5.5K, 20 images are shot in 2 seconds (exact timing may vary).

Interval Shooting - Interval shooting is available on THETA X and previous models. You can set the shooting interval (from 6 seconds to 60 minutes, in 1-second increments) and the number of shots (from 2 to 200 images, or Not specified) as desired.

In the API

camera.startCapture in the API shows shooting methods and has a table with which models support which methods.
