From theta360.com News section (Jan 11, 2019):

Due to the Google specification change, the file cannot be uploaded to Google Photos using File Cloud Upload Plug-in.

File Cloud Upload Plug-in is scheduled to stop distribution at the final day of January, 2019 (Japan date).

Please be noted that the File Cloud Upload Plug-in may not be able to use the function by the plug-in from February, 2019.

Maybe someone can get it to work with Google Drive API? Resubmit it as google-drive-upload-plugin

I think this plug-in uploads images to Google Cloud Storage. If you have a moment, please test it and report back (if you have time).
