I am organizing different types of 360 images for mobile, desktop and web application development.
Please add to this list with images that have this criteria
- license allows free use. list or link to license
- attribution in the README of the app or in a separate file is OK. Watermark, overlay, or requirement of attribution under image is not okay.
- test 360 image with RICOH THETA desktop viewer or other 360 viewer
- image must have an excellent stitch line, comparable to a RICOH THETA image stitch line
- link to the image so a developer can download and use it
- put RICOH THETA images at the top of the section. RICOH THETA images preferred, but not required
These types of images are OK to add as long as they meet the criteria above
- images from other cameras are OK
- images made by AI are OK
- images made by mobile phones are OK
Goal of information
- developer can have confidence 360 image will work for testing
- if attribution is required, the listing below the image supplies the attribution and copyright requirements so that the developer can copy and paste the information into a LICENSE file in their app
