Looking for THETA Stitcher v3.10 (with rdc2decoder.exe) for THETA X GPS extraction

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for an older version of THETA Stitcher (v3.10 or earlier) that includes rdc2decoder.exe.

I need this tool to extract per-frame GPS and timestamp data from THETA X videos.
The current versions of THETA Stitcher no longer include the RDC decoder, and Wayback Machine downloads always redirect to the latest version.

If anyone still has:

  • THETA Stitcher v3.10 (Windows)
  • or any version that contains rdc2decoder.exe
  • or even just the rdc2decoder.exe file itself

I would really appreciate it if you could share it.

I’m working on mapping remote islands in Japan and contributing new Street View coverage in areas that currently have no imagery.
To continue this project, I need to extract accurate GPS data from THETA X videos, which requires the older RDC decoder.

Dean Zwikel’s UL2GSV Software includes CAMM2GPX.
It can extract GPS data from a video that contains a CAMM track.
