I am able to access the cameras storage. if i plug it in but if i try to turn it on , it takes longer than normal and then a error message with a couples beeps will appear then the camera will shut off. if anyone has experienced this please help.

Please list:
- camera firmware
- whether you are plugging it into a Mac or Windows USB port
- whether you are using the original cable that came with the camera
- whether you have a USB adapter connected to a Mac
- does anything show on the OLED screen of the camera
It sounds like the battery is completely drained. Change the USB cable a few times and leave it plugged in for a few hours each time.
If the battery is completely drained, it will not boot even if it is plugged in.
