Hello,
I vave a Ricoh Theta S and the original battery was dead. So I have replaced the battery with original Ricoh battery, but this time, the camera seems to be charging (red light is lit) but the battery never charges. When I unplug the charging cable, the camera turns off.
I have tried reseting by pressing the on/off button more than 8 secs but it didn’t work too.
Does anyone have any idea about what is going on?
