My Theta Z1 stopped connecting to my laptop in similar manner. It was working fine on my system. Tried different cables as well.
It charging when it’s connected. I can see the photo video option in the camera but the Live option isn’t visible.
Strangely it connects and detects properly in other systems.
I tried switching off/on for 5 seconds also, still it doesn’t connect.
Any help urgently would be highly beneficial, I’ve a study scheduled at the end of this week.
