Hello, Erick Here. I recenctly bought my Ricoh Theta Z1, and I started taking pictures with the Theta App and with out the phone too, and it worked perfectly. Then, I downloaded matterport and started doing some shooting and i noticed that sometimes, the camara will shutdown for no reason, and needs to press the button for a long time for it to turn on again. Does anyone knows why this happens? Is this a defect?
