Our summer intern is documenting the differences between the SC2 and V API based on tests with a mobile app framework he is building.
His initial comparison using the same app on both the V and the SC2 are interesting.
At 2:17 I tried to switch between HDR modes with the THETA V. I believe that this command failed because the camera was in MOVIE mode rather than image mode.
I later tested the toggle HDR command with the THETA V in image mode, and it worked fine!
As noted in the video, the getOptions command will not work with the THETA V while it is in video mode. I use this command to check for current HDR status when toggling between the two options.
