Hi, our Theta V started showing an issue. When we try to turn it on, it beeps 3 fast beeps with a red light on, and then it turns off automatically.
What might be the issue here? and is there a way I can reset the camera please?

The camera may not have sufficient charge. Leave it plugged in overnight on a wall charger. Try switching the USB cable. Use the cable that came with the camera if you can find it.
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to make sure the camera is off.
Press and hold the Wi-Fi and power buttons down for together for 10 seconds to do a force shutdown.
