Has anyone else found that the new RICOH THETA V/Z1 2.0 Live Streaming update doesn’t work?

I was able to use my Z1 as a webcam on Zoom, OBS, & Newtek NDI on the previous version, but the new version only displays my camera feed as a grey box, or nothing at all. Which is really disappointing as the new one is meant to be more efficient.

Has anyone figured out a way around this? or is there a new update in the works?

I’m using it with OBS on Windows 10 64 bit and find it is better. I believe it only works on 64 bit. Please list your version of Win 10 that you’re having problems with.

I think the previous version worked on both 32 bit and 64 bit.
