Hi, there. I need help in resolving my issue about Ricoh Theta App on IoS. I have installed the latest Theta app on IoS (Version 2.8.0), and found a problem in connecting it with my iPhone (IoS 13.2). At first, there was no problem in connecting my Wi-Fi to the camera’s Wi-Fi, but the problem showed up when I try to register the camera in Theta App. The camera’s Wi-Fi would disconnect automatically whenever I connect it. Is there any solution for this problem? I have posted the issue in App Store as well. Thank you.
Please confirm that you’re running the newest firmware in your RICOH THETA.
List the following:
- model of camera
- firmware version
- whether you’re using 2.4GHz or 5Ghz (and if you tried both)
