Theta V: 2 Lens exposure are different than each other? Help Please

My Theta V photos have 2 different exposure, one lens phots coming darker and one lens photos coming brighter. HDR & Normal Mode. Is this a hardware problem or software problem

Likely a hardware problem. Please post screen grab of picture. You likely can’t upload the full image to this forum

Have you tried putting the strongest source of light at the “edge” of the lenses? This will allow both lenses to get equal exposure, but you may not always be able to frame the shot the way you’d like to.
