Theta V stuck in shutdown?

Hi,

I tried to turned off my Theta V and since then the power and camera status LED constantly blinks in RED (~ each 2 sec).

“flashing in red” means “The power is turning off”.

Occasionally, there is a beep (or actually 3 short beeps, I think). The beeps happen at seemingly random intervals (from 1 minutes to 10+ minutes).

If I connect to a computer, the camera does not shows up as an USB device (lsusb).

Can you help me with this?

Hi,

There are 2 buttons to press at the same time to force shut down and probably reset the camera. If I remeber well, these buttons are on/off and wifi.

If you have nothing to lose but your camera, give it a shot !

Meantime the camera shut down by itself and after a charging it’s working right now.

I will try this shutdown / reset method if it gets stuck again.
