Theta X | "Transfer failed. Acquire the latest information."

After the last update (1.41.0), I’m getting this error when i try to transfer photos directly from the camera to the phone (Android S9+). I’ve try throught wifi directly and through the router (Client mode). I’ve reconnect already the camera, but no luck.

Any suggestions? :roll_eyes:

  • on the LCD, try to reset settings
  • try both 2.4GHz and 5GHz (on LCD)
  • disable bluetooth on the Android phone temporarily
  • disable data on Android phone for the test

What version of Android are you using? Example: newest is Android 13.

I’m also affected by the same issue. I’m on Android 14.
